He is the helping hand for the lost souls.

I wanted to do an alternate view of the infamous Grim Reaper.

Before, I interpreted him as someone who was forced to kill people, it was his job, sort of thing, and he hated doing it.

And then I realized that he was also called the Angel of Death.

So I thought, he has a heart, he has a soul. He takes souls to the afterlife, he doesn't kill them or anything. So I tried to capture the moment of when a soul meets the Reaper. He was an angel, so I had him reach his hand out to greet them, instead of slicing away with his scythe. Also, it's more awesome when there's a sense of scale, so I made him massive compared to the soul. It's alot like Hagrid from Harry Potter. xDD

But anyways, yes. I played around with Liquify alot. It's awesome fun. xD
